Yet another trip to sin city.

Well, for some reason I thought it did not take that long to drive to Vegas. I was wrong five hours is quite a long time when you have no one to converse with except yourself. I did appreciate all the time that I had to think things through. I do enjoy the meditation that I did.

I saw Scott, and we mostly just went to his soccer games and hung out. Anyways I hung out with his nieces and nephews while he was working. The Jolly's and the Elsmore's were very kind to take time to hang out with me. Anyways Scott drove me back last night and we went to the early morning session of Conference this morning. I was nice to hear conference live. Anyways that is all that is going on.

I have always wanted to be a party planner....

So after throwing this shower you would think that I would be exhuasted, however for some unknown reason I have insomnia super bad tonight, maybe its because I am excited to go and see Scott tomorrow. Anyways it was a great shower and I believe everyone had a good time, even Thompson who now has discovered olives.

The home team advantage.

As some of you faithful bloggers know, I have traveled down to Vegas for the last Six months. It was nice to have Scott on the home field for once.

Saturday:
We started our weekend out to a trip to the Sushi Bar and to Red Box. The next morning I made Scott breakfast it was decadent. We made waffles with sauteed Apples with brown Sugar.
Later that afternoon we went to meet up with some of Scott's friends at the Harley Davidson Cafe to indulge in some sliders. And boy were they yummy! We hung around for awhile at home and did some shopping. Scott installed a wireless router so that I could use my laptop upstairs. It was super nice of him. That evening we met up with some of my friends and we ate some pizza and ventured out to the Wilkenson Center to bowl and play the arcades. I think everyone was wiped out at the end of the evening.
Sunday:
We went to Church and came home to begin dinner. It was fun to cook together. I had my brothers and nieghbor over for Sunday dinner. It was nice to have just a relaxing day.
Monday:
We ventured out to the airport at 5:30am and man I was tired. Overall it was nice to have Scott here. It was funny my brother asked what Scott thought of being the center of attention of my Blog. I just laughed and so did Scott. Anyways it was nice to have another visit.

Peace and Understanding

I just want to thank each of you. Things have been discussed and seem even stronger then ever. I believe that things are meant to happen for a reason. Speaking to each other the other night and resolving a few concerns have strengthened our relationship. He was so kind and understanding with me. I just am so grateful to have an abundance of friends and love ones. Thanks again!

Well to change things up a bit I decided to show you what I have been stirring up in my kitchen. As most of you know that I love to cook and maybe one day I will make some money out of this.
And something else that is sweet is that I get to go hang out with Emily this weekend in Colorado. Then we are headed to Vegas. That means I get to hangout with my boyfriend.

Romance at the Reve!

So it has been awhile since my last post, because I did not know quite what to say. I feel like I always say the same thing and no one really cares about my love life because most of you have your own to worry about. It was another fun filled eight days. We went to more fun restaurants and concerts and my favorite thing was the entertainment at the Wynn. We went to the Reve the cirque de soile performance. It was incredible to see the incredible strength and determination of these performers. The venue in and of itself was breath taking. It was so neat to see the artistic ability of these young performers. Anyways not much new to report. For those of you who read this. Maybe oneday I might have something worthwhile to post about. Sorry this was a boring post..

Well there you have it, I am off to see my Scotty Scott yes I know Again. ;O)

So this is the latest and greatest. My last trip to see Scotty Scott was fun. It had been over a month since I had last seen him. When I arrived home last night from the airport I slept the ENTIRE afternoon. It was so wonderful to see Scott and spend some quality time with him. We started the trip off with a drive to California the night that I got into town. We had an eventful ride that lasted until two in the morning. It was a chore to keep one another awake and coherent enough to drive. I ended up driving the last two hours. It was a good laugh to say the least. We hung out most of the day on friday and friday night we went to dinner with Scott's friends. That was fun. Saturday night we went to sing at the karoake bar and eat some yummy sushi. It was fun to see Scott sing on the other hand I passed out tissues once I came to the Microphone. It was a great night. Sunday was the same old sunday stuff.. Oh did I Mention that I told Scott that I loved him... it was nice that he said he loved me too. ; ) Anyways we headed back to Vegas later that night and I came down with a horrible headache. It was no fun but once we got settled in, in Vegas Scott was super sweet to me and took great care of me. Tuesday we went to Scott's soccer game and he won 9-4 it was cool Scott scored 2 goals. He told me not to cheer.. I guess he has figured out that I have a voice that carries. Anyways I was proud. Well the rest of the week was normal and fun we hung out with his brother Friday night and he brought his two sweet little girls over and I ended up watching Cinderella with them. It was like my own personal princess party. It was sweet to see Julianna sing to all of the songs on the video. Saturday afternoon we went to the Sand Dunes and I got to learn how to drive a four wheeler. It was super fun. Anyways I had a wonderful time and I look forward to when I get to see Scott again.

Scott and Me!

So as some of my faithful blog readers know I have been out in Washington D.C. for the last three weeks. Well today I am lucky enough to go and see Scott. I have missed this sweet guy terribly. It has been way too long. I am going to see him for 11 days. ( yes you read that right) eleven days! It will be so good to wrap my arms around my man........ ;0)

Leaving Las Vegas!

So as some of you know.. Yes I have a boyfriend and he lives very far from me. Well if you read my last post you know that I was able to go visit Scott one more time this year. I flew out Friday morning the 12th of December, (yes I know I am a little late getting this up) and Scott left a car for me at the airport. I drove to his friends work. Citadel gun and safe and I helped them prepare for the gunshow. It was fun and to be honest I learned quite a bit about guns. It was fun to help and hang out with Jon and Amber! (My new friends in Vegas)

I went to lunch with Scott and when I saw him I was like a kid on Christmas day. I was so excited. It was exhilirating to see him again. I gave him a huge hug and yes even a kiss.....right in front of his co-workers ( I am sure he hated that) Anyways it was a low key weekend and as always it was wonderful to spend some time with Scotty Scott!

And the Engines will roar!!

What engines you ask? The roar of Southwest taking me to see Scott this weekend! I am excited to go and spend more time with him... I guess he couldn't wait til January to see me... Anyways there you have it I am off to go see my man!

Thanksgiving in St. George

This was a great trip. I am too tired to think of something clever or cute to put in my Blog so this is as good as it going to get. I arrived in Vegas early Wednesday morning and I went to meet Scott for lunch. It was fun to see him so soon after just being there the week before. After lunch I went to keep our friend Amber company, since she had just been in a serious ATV accident. We watched movies and hung out on the couch. When Scott got home from work we ate dinner and watched a movie. We ended up leaving for St George to his parents house around 10:30pm. We did not get there until 12:30am. To say the least I was super tired. We stayed up and chatted with his Mom Marlene and finally we cuddled on the couch before we hit the hay.

Well in the middle of the night I had to go to the bathroom and I was a little confused when I woke up and I hit my head right into the wall and then the door. I was positive by this point I had waken the entire house. But luckly I had not. The boys all got up early that morning to go shooting and watch a movie. I stayed with the girls to get dinner ready. I helped more by playing with the kids. We ate dinner later that afternoon and then Scott and I watched a movie and his mom came in where we were watching movie to start taking photos of us. That was funny. That evening we ended up heading back to Las Vegas because Scott had to work the next day. Friday night we went to Chili's for dinner and we watched a movie. Saturday morning we were off to Southern California again. We got there and went to dinner with Matt and Laura Minor. Their kids are super cute. We watched Napoleon Dynamite that night and I have to admit that it was hilarious and it was my first time watching that movie. We got up early the next morning to attend church at 9 am and we ended up teaching the 13 year olds this time. It was fun to see Scott teach.

We went to the Wayne and Carol Minors house for lunch and then we headed right back to Vegas because Scott had to work. It was a long drive as usual. Monday night I cooked dinner and we played ticket to ride. I made a fool of myself as usual. Tuesday night Scott's friends, Scott and I went to that Show in Las Vegas called Stomp! It was so fun as well as funny. Anyways I headed back to Utah last night and now I can call Scott something else besides my friend he is now my Boyfriend!!!

Life in the fast lane of dating!

Scott and Merrily met at the luggage claim. It really should be called the hall of fame.
Christmas Vacation and cuddling on the couch was friday night. I was so tired I almost lost my sight.
Early in the morning we began our drive, to California we left around 5!
Slurpees and Hawaiian food is what we ate, 007 kept us up late.
Sunday morning we went to church. We taught our Sunday School class a new word game, and I was the one who made myself look lame.
Teaching Sunday School was super fun, to bad I forgot the words Waters of Mormon.
Dinner with the Minors was such a dazzle, later that night we put together a puzzle!
Miko( the dog) and Merrily drove in a car, if Miko had his way we would not have driven very far!
Locks of Love is a great orgainization, I helped Scott's friend Amber make a donation.
Mexican and Sushi is what we ate for lunch. Scott and I got to hang out a bunch.
Tuesday I cooked dinner it was so fun, I almost burnt the dessert in the oven.
Ticket to ride is a great game, too bad Scott blocked my train.
Walking hand in hand in Vegas I did not want to leave, but I had to get home to see what Scott had up his sleeve.
Thanksgiving Dinner is in just a few days, I get to see Scott and be thankful in many ways!
